Music talent “Illy Rap”, positioned himself as a respectable pillar to come out
of the upstate New York music scene.   Inspired by the increasingly popular Hip
Hop movement and being raised within the culture, “Illy Rap” started beat
boxing at a young age. As early as six years old he amazed audiences with his
note-perfect imitations of drum machines, sound effects, and popular tunes. He
performed at his Elementary School for the students, faculty, family and friends
and also performed in neighborhoods throughout New York. Later on he was
considered to be in contention with Hip Hop great Doug E. Fresh. From there,
he took his skills even further from writing original rap lyrics, to learning musical
instruments, and then years later recording and producing. The artist,
producer, and now entrepreneur started his own record label and production
company, Illy Rap Recordings. The small label was started with a dream, very
little money, and the sole purpose of putting out his music.

In only a few years Illy Rap began to catalog musical works by his family
member group “F.A.M.”, as well as top-selling mixtape DJ in the world Big
Mike, super-producer Vinny Idol of D-Block, multi-platinum selling producer
Chad Beats of G-Unit and many more. Through his passion for music, he has
attained friends and colleagues in Music and Show Business, while still
managing a nice balance between work and mingling with A-List celebrities
and talented up and comers. It was always Illy Rap’s dream to be successful,
take care of his family, and become a philanthropist. Built on the premise of
contributions, his label is dedicated to help charitable organizations by
allocating donations from purchases made through the music company.

Prior to starting his Illy Rap brand, he was once a troubled youth who matured
into this respectable young entrepreneur. Currently, on a day to day basis, he
works with a research company that provides services for programs
concerned with battered women, homelessness, family planning, and other
human service program needs. Meanwhile, Illy Rap Recordings has been
growing in the production and marketing of pre-recorded music. His executive
position is to oversee all operations of Illy Rap Recordings and also work with
signed and unsigned artists in some of the most prestigious recording
studios. He performs at local shows, attends talent showcases, conducts youth
workshops, and makes special guest appearances at exclusive red carpet
events.

Illy Rap's music credits include commercials, motion pictures, gaming
software, and major mixtape releases. He received a web page and bio from
New York City's number one radio station for Hip Hop and R&B:"Hot 97" for
being crowned their online Spit Fire contest winner. His performance for
Hot97's Spit Fire Live at Pseudo Stage was televised. Numerous top radio
stations and other outlets are showcasing new music releases from Illy Rap
Recordings. International radio stations and Hip Hop websites such as British
Hip Hop.co.uk, Netherlands, Royal-Radio.com, and Amsterdam Jammin cover
news articles on his group F.A.M. and their music has topped the charts for
consecutive weeks. Illy Rap a.k.a. “Illy”, (short for:intellectually lyrical) plans on
having the world bugging because his raps are sick. Furthermore, he
promises to be a fertile artist of development and growth as technology
progresses and overall musical design continues to evolve. Joining together
and making songs with "F.A.M.", standing for (Forever A Member), Illy Rap’s
hopes are to continue the work that’s being done and establish major Music
Industry success.
